It is located in small town Coolidge, i only went there because it is close to where i work. The first thing i noticed was the smell. It smells like roaches or water damage. I never saw a doctor there, a female asian nurse showed up, she acts like she is the one in charge, not a doctor. She is pretty old, when i asked to be checked from head to toe to rule out skin cancer, she only checked my arms and legs very quickly. Then she asked me to come back for more. I was not sure about their hygiene and their service, so i told them i would check with my insuranc
