With my healing broken foot my contractor and painter asked me to pick out an exterior house color with a metal chip I acquired which matched my window casement. Gillian was very knowledgeable, helpful, and on task as I was selecting the color. I did not know the contractor's name or company's name in which she offered helpful suggestions; when I couldn't quite focus on the contact# on my cell she offered once again to read it for me; she never lost her cool even though I was becoming frustrated as I only knew the contractor's first name and the painter%
