I would highly suggest anyone wishing to buy or rent a house anywhere under the Johnson Ranch Association authority... DO NOT. They took several months to get our community pool to us (in the middle of the summer), and the very first issue they had with us was a weed in our yard. Step One: Send us a letter threatening us with legal action. Hitler complex militant wackjobs with power.
