My name is Linda Zanker and I'm from Ava NY, I'm writing to use to let use no about the eccellent servive that my husband Franklin Zanker has recieved from the Rome NY Lincare. My husband is not in the best of health. We reserved a power pack unit to use on our trip to florida and other places, well the unit failed to work right so being very concerned I Called maggie at the Rome store and she went above and behond to see that we had another unit within 24 hrs.
