Horrible company! They do NOT care about their clients, only $$$. When I built my house in the earlier 80s they put my unit in. Since then I have given them continuous business as normal wear and tear happened. Six years ago I even had my unit fully replaced due to age. Sept 2012 I was having issues, and called the company I have trusted in for years. They told me that my unit was shot and had to be replaced?! After 6 years? At that time they did replace a part and left me with that news of a $5000 job. So I had another company come out to get a second o
