I'm a strong supporter of salvation army but today (12/8) I went to Walgreens at Cooper and Chandler and there was a salvation army bucket at the store but the person manning the bucket was busy on the phone away from the store and didn't ring his bell. I went to the store for approximatley 30 min. and when I came out the person was still on the phone and away from the bucket and didn't have any desire to greet nor say anything to customers which gives incentives to shoppers to give. I hope the person doing the work he did understood the capacity of help he coul
