I recently went into Inktown to get a price for a tattoo that I've been wanting for awhile. While there, the man I talked to said he had been tattooing for 4 years. His name was Rob and he seemed as though he was not too comfortable in what he was telling me, which made me question as to get my tattoo done there. He seemed kind of clueless in what he's doing. I looked at his pictures of his work and that completely made up my mind. Wow... NO WAY.
