I, really, don't know how eating a Chili Relleno can develop an "expertise" as the directions for this review advise; but, I have eaten them for OVER a HALF CENTURY, now; and, can, definitely, recognize a GOOD one {as well as the BAD} when I encounter them!!! I, recently, purchased a package of FOUR such expected delicacies at a local Lowe's "Big 8" Grocery Store ~ packaged in a box labeled "Chiles RellenoS" {sic} and it CLAIMED in the "Ingredients" list mandated by federal law to contain the CORRECT ingredients.
