They overcharge for services that they don't perform; blame the homeowner first before acting on problems or emergencies; don't answer phone calls or emails; change/forge payments from homeowners and have been found out by the homeowners bank; hire un-licensed, illegal workers that butcher the landscaping and buildings; get kick-backs from their vendors. Don't hire this company.
