No warranty on defective merchandise and an extremely belligerent owner -- treat with kid gloves. I had purchased a large $200 cactus, which became riddled with black rot through several branches within 3 short weeks, this during a very dry mid-summer. In addition to not offering any recompense, the owner became inappropriately personal and abusive when I phoned to discuss the matter and request that he either come out and see the problem for himself (the nursery is five minutes away) or provide an email address to send some pics.
