We had bad experiences with Oasis that started with the installation of our air conditioning unit. We paid for the extended service, but no one ever came out to service our unit as promised. they admited to this, but still never followed through to service our unit. We recently called them to come figure out what was srong with our unit when it stopped working. They sent a service guy that claimed he fixed it, he did not. He came back the next day and was here for over 2 hours, claimed he fixed it 3 times within that 2 hours. After each time he "fixed" it%
