Review
My father became deathly ill while recovering from knee surgery in 2008 at the Chandler Health Care Center, due to an outbreak of C. diff., a "superbug" which causes diarrhea and is drug resistant. It took six weeks of his being on very strong antibiotics -- and wearing diapers -- before he became well. He has since put on the 25 pounds that he lost during the illness. The facility was found guilty of not following proper precautions in handling the patients, hence the spread of the deadly bacteria.
