Once inside CFC you will immediately notice the difference and what separates Cross Fit Corona from the small personalized classes to the hands on trainers where they take the time to walk you through proper techniques & movements. These high intensity, short duration workouts allow you to be in & out in approximately 45 minutes. CFC also offers a Kid’s Fitness program for 5 yrs and up as well as sport specific training for your student athletes. Both will be a fun, interactive format based on the adult class’s philosophy.
