DanceFIT studios is the place to be! It is an inviting large open space that is equipped with mirrors and plenty of room to dance! Ladies will have all the fun while burning fat and boosting their metabolism! And Best of All, we are so sure you are going to love it, you NEVER have to sign a contract! We also have in the schedule, the room to facilitate an exciting children and teens dance program, which also includes a waiting area for parents. The studio also operates LifeFIT Personal Development Center. A place to enhance or improve other areas of your life. This makes us all the more unique in that our goal is to help meet every ladies need, whether it be the body, the problems and circumstances they face, stress, relationships you name it. We want to assist ladies to target proper balance in their lives and equip them with tools to be productive and live out their dreams, desires and goals on a daily basis. We also want to help save time so that they can truly focus on themselves. How many of us as women find ourselves rushing to work, driving the kids, getting groceries, at the doctor's appointments, dental appointments then trying to get our hair done and without feeling guilty! WHEW! To squeeze exercise in, is a challenge in itself. So we put it off..alot! We end up ignoring what's truly important; ourselves, our relationships, marriage and family. When you feel great after you have worked out, it does help with stress but by the end of the day or when we wake up we know their is still more work to do, emotionally & mentally. Well we are ready to help you get to where you need to, spiritually, mentally, emotionally and physically all at the same place! We put together some great membership packages to incorporate all of this together! It's YOUR Choice - You can choose to just do the fitness program or get some counselling or BOTH!
