This establishment has a lot more to offer than similar establishments located close by: pony club, turnouts for the horses, organized feeding schedules, daily rides for horses in training. I mostly advise others to come here, particularly if you a) are dedicated to three-day eventing and b) are quite sure that the horse that you already own upon arrival is the right horse for you.
