But don’t take our word; here are some of our clients… ALEX - I train with two awesome trainers Mark & Albert. What I really like about this gym is that the workouts are time effective. You are done in about 1 hour. The gym is a One Stop Shop, you get Boxing, Cardio, Weights and Core Training. The Next Level is a phenomenal training facility for kids, women, men... really anybody. I am extremely excited about training here, thank you Next Level, for getting me into the best physical shape in my life. MISS B - They definitely kick my butt! I am used to the weights and weight training, regular cardio, doing the tread mills, etc. The NEXT LEVEL Boot Camp workouts are totally different, we do all kinds of exercises that you just can't find at your local gym. The workouts are 1 hour, but they seem to go by very fast. I enjoy the workout at The Next Level and I am going to keep coming back. www.thenextlevelgym.com
