This is what I call excellent customer service. I called them to fix the garage door lock because I broke the key while opening it the other day. I was quoted $75 for the job. Pretty reasonable, considering how much it costs to unlock a door. The locksmith came to my house in 30 minutes. Is that fast or what? It took him all but 3 minutes to fix the door and he was able to give me a new key. The best part was when he quoted $60 as the final price instead of the original quote. Wow...I have never seen anyone reduce their quote. I happily wrote a check for $60
