I made our first appointment at a time that was convenient for me and my husband and the day before our appointment i recieved a call from the office, Dr. Cabey had something come up and would not be at the office during our scheduled appointment time. I was more than willing to reschedule. When we went to our appointment we were handed a packet to fill out. As i was reading through the forms, i started to get a feeling that i misjudged this office. I have never even heard of a doctors office that charges for copies of your own records and at more than a dollar a page%2
