Review
Spoke to them at 4:45pm for an emergency plumbing issue. Said that the plumber would call in 15 minutes. I called back in 45 after no call back. Said again that they would give me a timeline within 30 minutes. Spoke to them at 7pm and they claimed they would show at 9pm. At about 10pm the plumber called and refused to show because I was in Cambridge. Way to waste a customer's time in an emergency. Update: After posting a review I received a call from they calling me a 'F!@#ing loser". Keep up the good work guys!
