I specialize inservices for individualsdiagnosed with severedevelopmental disabilities including autism.I will work with studentswho currently have an IEP to supplement schoolbased special educationservices.I also provide initial evaluations upon request. I specialize in remediating with a wide range of communication disorders: Stuttering or fluency impairments Language difficulties Comprehension or understanding of what people say both orally and in writing Language processing difficulties Verbal expressive language or difficulties with verbal skills including conversation (for both school and social domains) Word retrieval or rapidly accessing correct vocabulary for conversation or school work (both written and oral) Social communication disorders stemming from diagnoses of autism/Asperger's Syndrome Social skills training for very young children up through grade 3. Socialcognitive training targeting developing perspective taking and socialthinking skill sets for students aged 9 through 21 (and older).
