About
After almost ten years on the bench, I have formed this Mediation, Arbitration and Private Judging practice. Family Law, Civil Law, Probate and all Torts. I have mediated thousands of disputes since 1992. I believe in resolving disputes in as few sessions as possible. Well-prepared people will have their disputes settled in a single session. I am an active member of the California Bar and teach mediation to Judges and Attorneys at Pepperdine School of Law, Straus Institute.
