George Akuna owner of ADEPT came out and did a home inspection but apparently did not want to work hard to make his money. After his home inspection we found numerous things wrong with the house that even a handy man could find. It took my cox installer to notice that the house I had just purchased had a RAT problem. Thanks ADEPT for the great home inspection. I tried contacting George about it and he basically told me too bad.
