Kevin is very quick to come look at your appliance and fast to take your money. Once he leaves, don't expect him to come back or return your call. I had a broken dishwasher for 6 weeks while he promised to order the part and never returned my phone calls or texts. He also busted out tiles of my countertop while getting my dishwasher out. I will have to have someone repair that as well. I ended up getting someone else to fix my dishwasher. I will NEVER call him again and I am hoping to reach out to other possible victims.
