Staff members shall strive to respond to residents in a dignified manner at all times as the resident has the right to self-determination and participation in daily activities of our community.Residents shall have the right to choose activities, schedules, and health care consistent with his or her interests, assessments and individualized care plans. We do this by: providing each resident a dignified lifestyle fostering each resident's independence and personal freedom assisting each resident with their daily activities protecting each residents right to privacy fostering each resident's independence and personal freedom assisting each resident with their daily activities allowing each resident the choice of care and lifestyle providing a safe, residential environment nurturing the spirit of each individual being a valuable community asset
