I am in my 50's and have used many service company's in the past,until my friend highly recommended Oswego Appliance. My refrigerator wasn't getting cold enough.I called them, they came out within a couple of hours,found a bad heater for my defrost, was the problem. They were in and out within half an hour. They were very knowledgeable and professional. As my friend did for me, I will do for anyone. This is a 5 star, plus company.
