I have purchased both a furnance and AC from One Hour Heating. For years, I have paid the monthly subscription fee in order to get 24x7 service. My 8 year old furance has went out 3 times in less than 8 weeks. Two of the three times I have called, I have been told their 24x7 service was busy. Tonight, furnance is out again. I called again. I was litterally told that, and I quote, "I should run my hair dryer to stay warm" and they will try and get to me in the next day or so. Beware!!!! The Monthly service fee means nothing to this Company
