I'm glad that the month-to-month rental fee wasn't increased the way large complexes do, after three years of renting with this company we finally bought a new house, and we had three months to go before we closed escrow, but our lease ended and we went on a month to month lease and the company honored what we were paying as if it was a yearly lease. This by far offset any minor negative feedback. Really happy overall.
