If you have ever hired a company to come out and fix a existent problem . They come out do there work and leave. Now try to get someone to come back out inspect the work performed. That's another story. The fellow I dealt with has the last name as the company so you would think he would be all about customer satisfaction. Issue I had which precipitated the original call for his service was still there. Hadn't been totally corrected and I wanted him to come out, look at the job performed and give me an evaluation.
