There are two Indian crooks running this store, Sam and Amir. They will do what ever is neccessary to sell you a phone on the spot and make promises to exchange phones when the one you want comes in. I bought 2 eris phones with the agreement that I could exchange them for the incredibles that I wanted in a few days when they came in. Well 6 months later the phones still were not in. And Sam actually told me that they were no longer handling the incredible. This is when I contacted Verizon. After several calls I finally reached someone that called this indirect store and c
