Review
It looks great but the owner lives in California and the the woman who manages the properties doesn't return phone calls when there is a problem. We went months waiting for basic amenities to be fixed. She enters your townhouse without notifying first, makes you wait days during summer for ac to be fixed and when you complain they refuse to renew your lease and send you notice to vacate with 30 days notice. Also electric runs about 600 a month in summer.
