This place is the WORST Appliance Service company in SoCal. I think there are a bunch of monkies working here! I bought my refrigerator at Lowes, so Lowes booked the appointment for a service technician from D & J to come out. First try, there was a no show/no call on the day of the appointment, which wasted our 4-hours windows waiting for these fools to show up. Second try, a guy named "Dave" showed up. Unfortunately, Dave did not have any idea how to fix the problem we had (freezer door pop open when closing frig door). He then
