Renters beware!!! Manager of the Sunnyside Phipps Garden Apts named Anatoli asks for an illegal broker%u2019s fee. He is nothing but a crook. DO NOT pay him instead tell him he does not have the right to ask you a fee and refuse to pay. If he refuses to rent you the apartment, call 311 or the Manhattan main office and report him.
