After getting an appointment from Keep, they called back to see if they could come out to us earlier that same day! My wife and me were out running errands and they offered to have the tech wait even if I was a few minutes late. Impressive. Dennis was our tech and he was fantastic. He was very personable and professional and not at all phased by our 3 youngsters running amok. It didn't take him too long and I felt he did a very thorough job and explained everything he did well. I will definitely call Keep back to do our seasonal maintenance. I've already recommen
