The doctors are very helpful and caring. My real issue is with the wait time. You walk into the office and notice the small waiting rooms (one for sick and one for well children). Whether you made your appointment that morning or 6 months in advance, the receptionist will not be ready with your child's medical records and ask why your child is there. If you are there for a well check up, you will have sick children passing by your healthy little ones to get to the sick waiting room.
