The building is a dump, a slum project for the ghettos of Bombay. The bathrooms ridden with who knows what are worse than disgusting, there is no running water in 50% of the bathrooms. Ther bathrooms are filthy, lead paint pealing from the ceilings in most of the rooms throughout the building. The elevator door shuts on your shoulders, and the building is completely run downl. The landlord Jack is raping the tenants, especially the ones that pay on time. He should be brought up on charges by the Dept of Buildings. It should be called the Music and Arts Slums Pro
