Winchester Addiction Services, PLC has been proudly serving the Shenandoah Valley since 2006. The following services are provided: individual assessments, individual counseling, intensive outpatient program (IOP), family counseling (included in the cost of the IOP) toxicology screening, expert court testimony, after care, alcohol and drug screenings such as Breathalyzer and urine tests are included in the cost of our IOP.
