These people are very fair. They replaced a mangled power jack on my laptop for a flat fee of 99 dolalrs... They also told me that my battery was not holding a charge, and they had one that was used and would last around a hour, but they would not sell it due to bot being sure, so the GAVE IT TO ME!!!! The battery actualy lasts over a hour, if I dont play dvds. He said that it was a older laptop, so he felt that he would most likly not come across anyone who needed the battery and that is why he gave it to me, but I came back to get a battery
