I brought 3 items to Yong Cleaners to be professionally altered: 2 nice work tops & 1 cocktail dress. Unfortunately, only the Express top made it out alive; the Cache dress could at least be saved, but the Cache wrap top was absolutely mangled. I was charged $25 to have the shoulder straps shortened on the dress, but when I received it, one strap was longer than the other, so it does not fit correctly.
