After going to the Karma Salon for several months, I realized that I was paying a different price for the same services every month. I was charged a very large amount for very little service. I looked into this with the better business bureau. I was told that nothing illegal was going on. I really wasn't sure if I wanted to go back. I went elsewhere and got a great cut. I also learned that there were too many layers in my hair and that it was uneven. Which I had suspected. This was very hard to hear as I put a great amount of trust in the Karma Salon.
