My previous portfolio was liquidated & transferred to Symphonic Financial on 03/15/11, unbeknown to me there was a sharp drop in the market on March 13, 14 & 15. Symphonic Financial did not enter my cash back into the market until March 22nd when the market had recovered from the downward spike. It cost me a $-17,000 loss.
