My son, JoJo who is 5, has been attending this martial arts studio for almost a couple of years now. This training has enabled his self esteem to be greater in addition to learning to be very disciplined and respectful just at 5. Though this art enhances social and physical development it is also the fun and excitement that entails this art that has benefited my son to the utmost.
