They sold me a nice couch with a protection plan. when they delivered it the two big guys dropped it tore up the back and put holes in my wall. When I called the manager Tiffany she refused to take any of the blame and told me to call the protection plan company to have the couch fixed even tho they were the ones that damaged it. A couple weeks later I was in a furniture store and I saw the same couch that I spent $2000 on for $600. Worse experience of my life!
