They were confident they could find out what was wrong with my truck and fix it - turned out they couldn't but still charged me over $300. I even gave them a list of things to check that I found online. I took it to a Ford garage and they found the bad fuel regulator in a few hours, which was one of the things that I asked them to check. The Ford garage has a policy that if they can't fix it, you don't pay - I like that.
