BE AWARE ! DO NOT GIVE ANY DEPOSIT IN ADVANCE to DAVE CHAVEZ ! PAY AFTER WORK COMPLETION ! We got burnt paid several Thousands of Dollars in advance in August of 2011. Work was never completed No permits were obtained. Today is 2/11/2012. No hope for work completion and Refund. Dave Chavez is a Very deceptive business person. Wheat ridge DA should start investigating this business / person. If you are a victim please post a reviews and report to BBB and call DA in Wheat Ridge. PLEASE HELP OTHERS BEFORE THEY BECOME A VICTIM OF FRAUD.
