A1 advantage came to my house at 1am to fix my furnace. Jim was very nice and wore shoe covers upon entering my home. I explained to him I just got laid off from my job so hopefully it wouldnt cost to much. He fixed my furnace and when he gave me the bill he had waived the service call fee. I told him I will pay the fee and he said no need, Merry Christmas. What a great company. I would recommend them to anyone.
