I have been using Toro products for years. Last week i ordered a mower direct from Toro that saved me $700.00. Toro had it is sent to Turf and Irrigation for servicing and final delivery. The owners of Turf and Irrigation got mad because i didn't buy the mower thru them, so refused to deliver the mower. Finally after numerous phone calls, they are supposedly going to deliver it after having it for 4 days. The reason i know this is because i have a friend that works there. Basically... i didn't buy the mowing thru them so lets make him wait. That is not the way to
