I have been at another school that told me they teach some awesome self-defense program or some combat stuff. After about a year there, I decided to look around. After trying a few classes at Martial Arts International, I finally found what I was looking for! It was not just about the practical self-defense techniques and physical fitness that mattered to me. It is also a sense of belonging. I never got a call of concern from my old school; Martial Arts International Instructors talk to me and give me a sense that I matter.
