Made an appointment to have the fire protection system on our 53' Hatteras inspected and repaired only to have no one show up and then after waiting and calling them be told their rep Jesse hd to go to another job. fine, however a call would have been nice. After I complained about this waiting around without notice from them, they never called back to reschedule, so I used another company recommended to me by my shipyard. Total waste of time, very unprofessional.
