So I went in because I went in because my phone was acting up with the mic not working. And even though they are not a location that has a tech, they looked at my phone, called the location that had a technician and setup an appointment for me to go in and get it taken care of right away. I am definitely going back there to upgrade because they went out of their way to assist me.
