Worst customer service ever. Huge waste of my time, first visit I did not have all the info I needed. Fine went home got what they said I needed. Next day went back to store and they said I need additional info that they neglected to let me know the day before. TWO VISITS WITH TWO YOUNG CHILDREN, TWO NAPS MISSED, CRANKY KIDS AND STILL NO PHONE!!!!! Oh and the phone I went into look at and test they only had the "dummy phone" and no one there could figure out how to by-pass the initialization on a real phone so going into the store did me no good.
